Justin Nepomuceno is a public artist/muralist with a background in illustration, animation, and sculpture based in Baltimore, MD.

Graduating with a BFA in illustration from Towson University in 2016, and now works for ManneqART a 501c3 non-profit that focuses on arts education, while also working on murals all over Maryland. With an interest in the weird and fantastical, Justin prioritizes public art installations with elements of interactivity, believing that touching and feeling the art makes for a memorable creative experience.
